A joint venture owns over 300 acres of land to the east of the town. At Bournes Green we are promoting a 225 acre site for 2,000 homes, community facilities and new parkland.

The JV also owns Thorpe Hall Golf Club which covers over 80 acres in the prestigious residential suburb of Thorpe Bay.

The club is currently let to the members on a long lease.
